This engine was removed out of a completely bone stock 2004 STI with 89k miles. It may not be the prettiest engine as there is some rust on some brackets, bolts, and heat shields, but this engine runs super smooth with no hiccups. The health of this engine is in excellent shape. It comes exactly as pictured including all the accessories as well as the VF39 turbo which spins freely, has no shaft play and has no waste gate crack.
Compression Test:
Cylinder #1 – 140 PSI
Cylinder #2 – 130 PSI
Cylinder #3 – 130 PSI
Cylinder #4 – 135 PSI
Leak down Test:
Cylinder #1 – 1%
Cylinder #2 – 2%
