Please ensure that you have read the terms and conditions below before purchasing. By purchasing this item(s), you are agreeing to the Subie Auto Parts return policy.

All items(s) are used, certified pre-owned items that may show signs of cosmetic wear but are fully operational and function as intended unless otherwise stated.

All used parts come with a 30-day warranty. They must be installed by an ASE certified shop for warranty purposes. Any issue with any of our used products must be stated on a valid recipt from the ASE certified shop.

All items will be replaced or refunded only in the event if the item is declared a defective part by an ASE certified shop or by Subie Auto Parts. If in the event the part is delcared defective, Subie Auto Parts will send you a return shipping label and cover shipping costs.

All items must be of origin of Subie Auto Parts with our stamp/identification marking. If any alterations or modifications are made, Subie Auto Parts reserves the right to void all warranty.

All cancelled transactions or items bought incorrectly will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer will also be responsible for return shipping costs as well.

Subie Auto Parts will not be held responsible for loss wages, labor, rental, etc from the purchase and installation of any of our parts.

We will not accept any returns on electrical parts, body parts, or glass, unless they are declared defective or damaged in shipping.

Please note, bumpers, hoods, fenders, doors, trunk lids, side skirts may have scratches/dents. We also do not guarantee the paint to match your car. Consider all painted surfaces bonus.

For customers residing in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and all other international addresses must contact us prior purchase for a shipping quote.

All parts must be fully inspected within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Any damage to the item(s) caused by the shipping carrier must be reported within 30 days.

Customers that have a P.O. Box address must contact us prior purchase. We describe all our items to the best of our ability. We are not liable for any previous repairs that were performed to any items, since that is how they are removed from donor vehicles. Please refer to the pictures and description to verify condition.
