The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. Please note, this steering wheel comes with a dual stage airbag which means it has 2 plugs on the back of the airbag. This steering wheel is in exceptional shape. It does have alot of wear on top of the steering wheel as well as other parts of it which is hard to see in the pictures. We would personally rate it 7/10 condition wise.
